Terms & conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement between KitNations B.V. ("we", "us", "KitNations") and the customer ("you", "buyer"). By placing an order through this webshop, you confirm you have read and accept these terms.

1. Definitions
- Consumer: a natural person, not acting in the exercise of a profession or business, who enters into a distance agreement with the seller.
- Distance agreement: an agreement concluded exclusively through one or more means of distance communication.
- Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
- Right of withdrawal: the consumer's right to cancel the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.

3. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer made by KitNations and to every agreement concluded at a distance between KitNations and the consumer. Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these terms is made available electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store them on a durable data carrier. If this is not reasonably possible, we will indicate where the terms can be consulted electronically and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
4. The offer
If an offer has a limited validity or is made subject to conditions, this is explicitly stated in the offer. Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to acceptance. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us.
5. The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein. If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, we confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically without delay. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensure a safe web environment. We may inform ourselves about the consumer's ability to meet payment obligations, within statutory limits.
6. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the goods, without giving reasons. The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer informs us of the decision by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email), or by using the model withdrawal form available on the Return & Withdrawal page.
During the cooling-off period the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7. Price
During the validity period stated in the offer, prices are not increased, except for changes resulting from changes in VAT rates. All prices on the site include 21% VAT (BTW) and exclude shipping costs, which are shown before checkout.
8. Payment
Payment is processed via Mollie B.V. We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Bancontact. Payment must be completed before the order is shipped, unless otherwise agreed. The consumer has the obligation to immediately report inaccuracies in payment details provided to us. See Payment & Shipping for full details.
9. Delivery and execution
The address provided by the consumer at checkout is the place of delivery. Accepted orders are processed with due diligence and shipped within 1–2 business days. The latest delivery time is 30 days after order confirmation, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed or cannot be carried out, the consumer will be notified within 30 days after order confirmation. The consumer then has the right to dissolve the agreement without costs.
The risk of damage and / or loss of the products rests with KitNations until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a representative designated in advance.
10. Conformity and warranty
We guarantee that products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and / or usability, and the legal provisions and / or government regulations existing on the date the agreement is concluded. The legal warranty applies: a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
Manufacturer warranties (e.g. Nike, Adidas, Puma) do not affect the consumer's statutory rights against KitNations.
11. Liability
Our total liability for any damage arising from a shortcoming in the performance of the agreement is limited to the amount paid by the consumer for the relevant product, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, lost savings, or damage due to business interruption.
12. Complaints procedure
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to us fully and clearly described within a reasonable time after the consumer has detected the defects. Complaints submitted via the Complaints page will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, we will respond with a notice of receipt and an indication of when a more detailed answer can be expected.
If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer can submit the dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in respect of the website, content, photography, and editorial materials remain with KitNations B.V. or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is not permitted.
14. Applicable law and disputes
Agreements between KitNations and the consumer to which these terms apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer lives abroad. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the court legally competent in their place of residence.
