Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, and SEPA bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Mollie. See Payment & Shipping for details.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payment data is sent over an encrypted (TLS) connection directly to Mollie, a licensed Dutch payment institution. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, yes — email support@kitnations.example as quickly as possible with your order number. Once the parcel is on the way, you can return it under our 14-day withdrawal policy.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes — a VAT invoice is included with every order confirmation email and is also available under My Account > Orders. For B2B orders, you can enter a VAT ID at checkout for reverse-charge invoicing within the EU.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Netherlands: 1–2 business days. Belgium / Germany / Luxembourg: 2–4 days. Other EU: 3–7 days. UK / CH / NO: 3–6 days. See the full table on Payment & Shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on orders over €75 in the Netherlands, €100 to BE/DE/LU, €150 to most of the EU, €200 to the rest of the EU.
How do I track my order?
You receive a track-and-trace link by email as soon as your label is generated, usually within a few hours of ordering. The tracking number is also visible under My Account.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes — to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and most countries worldwide via DHL Express. Customs duties and local VAT on arrival are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns
What is your return policy?
14-day cooling-off period from receipt of your order, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. See the Return & Withdrawal Policy for the full process and EU model withdrawal form.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays for the return, unless the item was faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described — in which case we cover the cost.
How long do refunds take?
We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, often sooner. Bank processing can add 1–3 business days before the funds appear in your account.
Can I exchange for a different size instead of returning?
We do not run direct exchanges. Return the original for a full refund and place a new order — it is faster and avoids stock allocation delays.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my correct boot size?
See our Boot Size Guide with EU / UK / US / JP conversion tables. As a rule of thumb, measure your foot in centimetres in the late afternoon (feet swell during the day) and compare to the brand-specific chart.
Do jerseys run small?
Modern player-version jerseys (Nike Vaporknit, Adidas Heat.RDY Authentic) run tighter than fan versions. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the player version and sticking to your usual size for the fan version.
What is the difference between firm ground (FG), artificial grass (AG), and indoor (IC) boots?
FG suits dry, firm natural grass. AG has shorter, more numerous studs for artificial turf. IC (indoor) has a flat rubber outsole for hard courts and futsal. Using FG on AG can damage the boot and the surface — and your knees.
Products
Are your jerseys official / authentic?
Yes. We source directly from authorised distributors of Nike, Adidas, Puma, Castore, New Balance, and Hummel. Every product carries the official manufacturer hologram.
Can I add a name and number to a jersey?
On most jerseys, yes — at checkout you can choose official font printing. Note that personalised items are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
What is the warranty on boots?
The legal warranty under Dutch law applies — products must do what you can reasonably expect. Manufacturer warranties of typically 60 days for elite-tier boots also apply on top, without affecting your statutory rights.
Account
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is supported. An account just lets you track orders, save addresses, and check past invoices more easily.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@kitnations.example from the address you registered with. We delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except invoice and order data which Dutch tax law requires us to keep for 7 years.
